Technical Support, Installation and Training

We provide technical support via email, phone, remotely and onsite.

We provide basic and advanced training. The basic training session is recommended at the time of installation of the software and we strongly recommend completing the minimum basic training session prior to using the software as this will teach you the proper techniques and skills needed to get started.

Advanced training sessions can be booked in hourly blocks thereafter and customized to suit your needs. We also offer offsite development of customized commands to further adapt the software to work optimally in your specific environment.

It is of utmost importance to meet the recommended system specifications to run speech recognition effectively.
